Danielle's Race for Life

So following last years roaring success (and by roaring success I mean I limped round the course) I’ve signed up for Race for Life 5k again. I realise 5k is not very far at all but it’s far for me, each year i promise myself I’ll train and run the whole thing but I struggle even if I’ve trained, and low and behold I’m starting from scratch 🙄. I’m determined to do my nan proud by taking part in this again in her memory. This year I’m doing it with my amazing soon to be mother in law Pam who’s had a knee replacement so we’re going to limp it together. Cancer is happening right now and unfortunately each and everyone of us has been touched by cancer at some point in our lives, and the work that cancer research do aims to stop that. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
