My Story
Cancer is something that has impacted my family massively and a reason as to why I am doing this run. My aim is to help raise money for Cancer Research to help save lives and families. Having to watch someone you love so deeply lose their life to cancer is a horrible sight and something that will stay with me forever. I pray that one day there will be a cure for cancer so that no more families get effected by this horrible disease. I have been wanting to do this for a while now and finally pushed myself into it (as well as my sister). This is for you Dad! Alarmingly, 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, therefore every single pound will make a different to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. So lets try to raise as much money as possible to help those people who truly need it. All sponsers will be greatly appreciated x

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
