My Story
Unfortunately my dad was diagnosed with cancer back in February this year. When we heard the news we as a family found it hard to believe what was happening to us. Fortunately he has finished his chemotherapy and he is well on his way to recovery. This is down to the fantastic doctors, nurses and cancer funded charities that have supported us and my dad through the toughest of times. So I wanted to give back a little and say a big THANK YOU. I intend to run the 5km which is a big ask for me, anyone that knows me I am not a runner !! So please support me and help me raise some money for this amazing charity, any donations and sponsors would be a great help.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
