My Story
Unfortunately, many people around me have had cancer whilst growing up, but the one which has stuck with me most was my gran. She was diagnosed with bowel cancer in 2023, but after a long battle. She eventually developed stage 4 bowel cancer and was placed on end-of-life care in September, and passed away shortly after. Watching my gran progressively get worse, whether from her treatments, mistakes made during procedures or the cancer itself, was one of the most difficult things I've ever had to witness, and I hope any money raised can go towards preventing this from happening to anyone else.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
