My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This February I’m ditching the sweet stuff and giving up sugar for a whole month to raise money for Cancer Research UK and helping to beat cancer sooner. Help me conquer my cravings by sponsoring me. As many of you know I gave up wheat, barley and rye as I was diagnosed a coeliac, and 18 months ago I went vegan. Neither I found difficult, but sugar is my nemesis. I don’t know if I can give it up but I am going to try.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
