We are taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner
My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why we're taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. Daisy and I have been in training recently, eating lots of chocolate, cake and sweets to build up our energy levels. She's definately fitter than me, but has kindly said that 'we can walk some of the way Mum'. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
