In memory of

John (my Dad) xx

Thank you for raising money for Cancer Research UK. For more information about the event please visit www.cookridgecommunityrun.co.uk and like our Facebook page for updates: www.facebook.com/GarethDunnCommunityRun/

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose!

Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.

As most of you know my lovely Dad fought a brave battle with prostrate cancer, and we very sadly said our last goodbyes in September last year.
I will be remembering my dad as I run my first 10k on the 22nd May as part of the Cookridge Community run. Please sponsor me if you can, thank you so much xx

Cause

Sarcoma

Sarcomas are cancers that develop from any of the supporting tissues in the body, such as muscle or fat. That means they can develop and grow almost anywhere. Each year around 3,300 people are diagnosed with soft tissue sarcoma in the UK – that’s around 9 cases diagnosed every day. Donations can help Cancer Research UK find out what causes them and develop better, kinder treatments to improve the outlook for patients.
