In memory of
My Dad
The Truth is CANCER is SHIT! We are all doing this for our own personal reasons, mine is my Dad and Jim. My Dad lost is fight with cancer nearly 9 years ago, not a day goes by that i don't think about him. He missed out on so much..... seeing all of his children graduate from university, watching them all leave home and start their own lives, meeting his Grandchildren, seeing them start school, being able to retire with my mum and start relaxing which is what they planned and the biggest one.... England nearly winning the World Cup! :P He missed out on all of this but he isn't here to feel the pain, its the ones that are left that truly miss out. I miss having my Dad around to just message me and let me know that everything will be ok. I miss being able to beat his ass at Chess. I miss his hugs. I miss the way he made me laugh even if i was having the shittest day in the world. I miss staying up late and playing football on the computer with him. I miss the way he used to make my mum smile. I miss the way he glued our family together. After my dad died, i looked up to Jim as a father figure. He helped us out, gave me his car and spoilt Fabien rotten! I know Kayley misses him every day and the love he had for her was indescribable. He was proud of you. He was another great man, taken too soon i just hope they are both up there with their Guinness <3 Cancer has affected and WILL affect so many people i just hope one day we can stop it and people wont have to be left behind anymore to feel like this.
