My best friend and soon to be brother in law both beaten cancer
My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Over the last 4 years both my best friend and my soon to be brother in law have beaten Cancer. I tried to be there for my sister and ‘dave’ while they were going through the stress of it all. Tina, my best friend always put a brave face on, no matter how she was feeling, again I supported her in every way she needed me. I’m so thankful that they were both given the all clear. 😊 But there are other best friends and brother in laws out there that are still fighting and I want to give my support where I can. So I’ve decided to do a sponsored head shave for Cancer research.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
