Tell Me About Cumbrian Stone's 2,500 Mile March to Support Cancer Research
Thanks for taking the time to visit Cumbrian Stone's 2,500 Mile March fundraising page. This March, the team at Cumbrian Stone are walking a total of 2,500 miles (around 5 Million Steps) to help support Cancer Research UK. All 16 of our team are taking part in this challenge, meaning that each of us will be walking just over 156 miles (312,500 steps) before midnight on March 31st 2020 to succeed! By completing this challenge we are hoping to raise the equivalent of £2 per mile to help fund the life saving work carried out by Cancer Research UK. Every donation, no matter what the size, can make a difference in the fight against cancer. The total we raise will be used to fund the pioneering work into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. This has already helped save millions of lives, and thanks to the fantastic research that has been carried out by charities such as Cancer Research UK the cancer survival rate has doubled over the last 40 years. You can keep up to date with our progress via our Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/cumbrianstone/ by following us on Twitter at https://twitter.com/CumbrianStone and by checking out our website at www.cumbrianstone.co.uk Thank you in advance for your support!
