I am running for my amazing wife Fariba, diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer in August 2023 which sadly in December we were told had spread despite chemotherapy treatment. She is now undergoing palliative chemotherapy to try and stop the spread further 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
