My Story

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. Mr Plant Hire’s Construction (CP) team; Osh, Ricky, Mitchell, Cliff, Clyde, Josh, Arron, Sean & Neil - are doing 100 keepy-uppies every day throughout February to help raise money for cancer research. Cancer is something that has recently affected our working “family” and we would like to raise money to show those affected our support. Bobby Moore Fund

Bobby Moore was just 51 years old when he died. Shortly after his death in 1993, Bobby’s widow Stephanie Moore OBE set up the Bobby Moore Fund to raise money for pioneering bowel cancer research. Since the fund was set up , bowel cancer mortality rates have fallen by over 30%. However, with 46 people losing their life to the disease every day in the UK, we still have a long way to go.
