I am doing the race for life for my amazing nana Hillary who sadly lost her life due to this horrible disease. My nana was diagnosed with breast cancer on the 17th of January 2019 and has since then been on chemo, my nana was diagnosed with breast cancer, lung, liver and brain cancer. My nana was one of the most amazing, kindest and most caring woman ever. And I want to do her proud. I am also doing this for everyone else who is fighting this or has survived this!
CAUSE
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
