Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. On December 3rd i will be running my first half marathon, OUC Orlando half marathon. I'm using a goal of mine to assist with another goal that many share, raising awareness and supporting research into finding a cure for this terrible disease. The Sister of a good friend and family i have known for 18 years lost her battle to cancer 2 years ago. Though she lost the battle, the war isn't over. Neither is her memory, nor the things she fought for so bravely. I'm honored the family accepted my offer to run in memory of Corrina and i hope you can be a part of that too by donating your hard earned money to this worthy cause! Breast cancer
With almost 140 women diagnosed every day, breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK. And, although rarer, around 350 men are also diagnosed with breast cancer every year. The good news is more than two-thirds of women now survive 20 years or more. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to diagnose and treat the disease.
