To increase my fitness now the days are longer & raise money for Cancer Research all in one go.

To many taken too young.
So the aim is that every day in March I’ll do 10000 steps - this is a challenge for me as my current daily average is far lower than this.....along the way I’ll become a little be fitter & healthier & to top it off I’ll be raising money for Cancer Research to keep me motivated!

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
