Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Cycle 300 page. This September, before the end of the month, I will complete 300 miles on my bike for Cancer Research UK. I have set up this fundraising page as I have personally seen and felt the effects of a close member of family getting a cancer diagnoses. My mum was diagnosed with malignant melanoma (skin cancer) in 2008 and since then, she has had 6 operations to keep it at bay as it spreads. Hopefully, with further research, we will finally be able to kick Cancer to the curb and declare this war well and truly over so that no one will have to go through the pain that cancer causes ever again.
