We're raising as much as we can to beat cancer
In memory of
Liz Newman and Richard Dunne
Thank you for taking the time to visit our fundraising page. We are doing a 14 mile race together on Saturday 21st March around Lake Coniston in memory of two very special people who both lost their lives after a brave journey with lung cancer in the last six months. Declan's cousin Rich last October and our beloved Mum in January. Mum and Rich both loved being outdoors in nature and loved the Lake District. This race claims to be one of the most beautiful in the UK. It's not going to be easy. Training has been difficult in between all of the recent storms but hopefully we will have done enough. We'll be thinking of them both and their own determination and bravery every step of the way. Cancer Research is such an important charity and we hope that with continued support they will be able to make more progress in understanding and treating the disease. If you'd like to support us we would be very grateful. Mark, Declan and Vicky xxx
