My Story

When my friend Denise Parker wanted to see me, she shared an idea which I just had to involved in. We are organising a magical Concert for Cancer to raise funds for Cancer Research. Those clever scientists need our help to make treatments better and life expectancy longer. The concert spectacular will showcase professional musicians, singers and choirs on Saturday, March 14th 7pm at St Andrew's Church, Heckington. Our Performers have or will be performing at the Heckington Show the Largest village show in the UK - all willingly giving up their time and talent for this great cause. Why am I doing this? Well family, close friends and work colleagues , have died from cancer in the last two years and the frightening thing is they we much younger than me. We need clever scientists at Cancer Research to conquer this cruel disease NOW. In the last 50 years, Cancer Research UK’s work has helped double cancer survival, but it needs to go further, faster.
