My Story
Hi all parents of year 6,7, & 9 pupils. Several years ago I first organised our 'CVHS Schools Race for life' - I was hoping that if every pupils who took part in the event just managed to raise or donate just £1 that we would make nearly £1500 - to my amazement we raised nearly £9000! To say I was gobsmacked was an underachievement. Due to covid and then other issues over the past 5 years I haven't organised another race but thought it was about time - especially as I believe (and hope you agree) it is such a worth cause and most of us will experience knowing someone in our lives who will suffer from cancer. Thank you for supporting your child and encourage them to try and raise as much as possible - but also any little donation will be received and put to good work.
