My Story
We have come a long way with research but still lots need to be done to get rid of this awful killer. Having lost many members of my family to this dreadful silent disease, I was recently reminded of how fragile life is when, in a short time, I lost three good friends. They were young and have left behind young children. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
