We're cycling 600 miles/ 965 km (300 miles each!) this September for Cancer Research UK
OK, so to a lot of our friends this wouldn't be much of a challenge! But you have to remember that I don't cycle! My bike is a rubbish old mountain bike. And I work quite a lot of the week so fitting bike rides in is going to be hard! But Crispin's going to make sure I do it (every single mile!!) and is going to be by my side (or more likely ahead of me) urging me on! As most of you will know it's coming up to 2 years since Crispin's life-saving treatment and surgery, and now we want to help Cancer Research in their amazing work finding new treatments and saving lives. We'll be posting updates on this page so you can check our progress!

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
