Clare's Race for Life
Aberdeen 5k 2018
Sun 10 Jun 2018
Too many of us have lost family members and friends prematurely to cancer. Let’s run for research.
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. I lost my own very dear dad to cancer in 2013. My cousin - an amazingly brave lady - lost her fight earlier this year. Cara and I wanted to run together in memory of our loved ones, while raising awareness - and hopefully some funds - towards further research. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
