Clare's Race for Life
Manchester Pretty Muddy 5k 2020
Sat 17 Oct 2020 - Sat 17 Oct 2020
In memory of
In memory of my mum Joan and for my uncle Barry who is still fighting.
My mum was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour in August 2014 and passed away just 19 months later. She was 56. My uncle Barry is still fighting after taking part in a clinical trial that has only been possible thanks to donations which have funded the research. This will be my 5th race for life. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
