I'm walking at Shine Night Walk to help beat cancer

In memory of

Joy Raymond and everyone who has been affected by cancer.

Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there.

Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s ground breaking work, so please sponsor me now.

2019 is my 60th year and I thought that I would celebrate by walking a marathon! As you probably know, my mum died of breast cancer. Also Dad has prostate cancer. It affects nearly everyone in some way.Any money raised will help to find a cure or a better way of diagnosing and treating cancer.

With Cancer Research UK Giving Pages more of the money raised goes towards beating cancer sooner. Aside from the credit and debit card fees, every penny donated goes to Cancer Research UK.

All donations made to this page will automatically be transferred to Cancer Research UK.

Prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in the UK, with around 41,700 cases diagnosed every year. Help fund Cancer Research UK to continue its work to find new ways to tackle the disease and improve survival rates.
