I'm taking part in Race for Life to stand with those who are fighting cancer.
I’ve taken part in a number of Race for Life events over the years, but this year hits a bit closer to home for me and my team. I’ll be walking this one with some fabulous and inspiring women from my place of work, and we’re all striding out in force to do our bit to raise some funds for Cancer Research. I may not agree with all of the practices that Cancer Research partake in, but I do know that they support and make a difference to many of those affected by cancer. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
