My Story
Thank you for visiting my Cancer Research UK Veg Pledge page. This November, myself and Ste are going vegetarian to raise money for Cancer Research. anyone who knows us understands how much of a challenge this is for us!! Having lost my beautiful step mom to this awful disease in 2013 and seeing my biggest brother lose one of his sisters to it just last year, it is a charity very close to our hearts. I know it can be beaten! One of my good friends has proven that. So here we go, for Wendy; Katherine; Gang; Zoe; Carole; and everyone else out there who has ever been affected in any way by this <3
CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
