Alec Ewens
My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to be doing the 100 Squats a Day Challenge this February to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving research by donating to my page. As many of you know my Dad, Alec Ewens, lost his fight with cancer in August 2011. In his last weeks he was cared for by the amazing Macmillan team. Cancer has touched so many of our lives, both friends and family. You never know when it will come to your door so we need to do all we can to help raise funds for these vital services. Although times are very tight for all of us currently, any donation is very much appreciated., even the cost of a G&T! Thank you. Remembering Alec Ewens xx

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
