My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer sooner. Until recently I have massively underestimated the importance, REAL importance of cancer research. For so many families the work Cancer research does, the trials they set up, the campaigning they do means they get to keep their precious dad, uncle, husband, brother or son for way longer than they would without it. Treatment options are changing for so many people month by month. Even chat forums to share dark and sad thoughts, find out information or meet others in similar situations. I will never again pass by an opportunity to put some money into their pot. My running has taken a back seat, no time to train for or take part in marathons this year, 10000 daily steps seems doable......xxxxx
