Claire Walks All Over Cancer
We all know someone who has been affected by cancer.
The guide for this event states 10,000 steps per day throughout March. However, due to my disability I know this figure is not achievable and so I am going to aim for a minimum of 4,000 steps. I currently try this but on a high pain day I don't get close. So it will be a challenge on a bad day. On a good day I am just going to go for as many steps as possible, the more the better! After all, I want everyone to feel like they are sponsoring something worthwhile! The more research that goes into cancer the closer we are to finding a cure. So when someone we know is diagnosed we are much more hopeful for the best possible outcome.
