Claire takes on Sweatember

This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, exercising every day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured by sponsoring me. We all know someone who has battled, or is battling, this horrendous disease. Many of us have lost someone too soon because of it, but we also know many who have won or are winning their battles. Lets help more people win! Last weekend a good friend inspired me to get off my bum and do something about me.... I have called last Sunday "D Day", decision to change day! I have downloaded couch to 5k and have joined up to this so change I will as I am fortunate to be well and able. Lets be honest, I'm not a runner and I am not a member of a gym but a good walk or a cycle are right up my street. I really want to give myself a shake and crack this so please support me to break into a jog before the end of September. You never know, I may even start cycling up hill or head to a spin class if I raise enough money! I was going to share this at the end of August but am sharing today, August 4th so I have extra time reach more people.
