This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. Help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Well most of you will know how I feel about exercise in any form - from those early school days "Claire is sullen on the hockey pitch" and my lack of appearance in the school running leagues. But I am taking heart from my "D" for shot-put and putting on my kit to raise money for Cancer Research. It has touched the lives of those closest to me and probably those closest to you so please help me; make the blood, sweat and tears (mostly tears) worthwhile by giving a small donation and if you see a flash in the distance a couple of cheers would help!
