Oxford Pretty Muddy Kids 2019
Sat 14 Sep 2019 - Sat 14 Sep 2019
Just over 2 years ago, my friend Oliver had cancer. He had surgery to remove the tumour at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford (where both of us were born). Two years on, Oliver is growing (he’s taller than me now), full of energy and doing fine. We go to different schools, but we see each other every week at Cubs and go camping and play together in the school holidays. In the picture, Oliver is sitting next to me. Me and my friends are doing the Pretty Muddy Kids event with Oliver in Oxford on September 14th. It’s a muddy obstacle course for us to climb, bounce and crawl round! I’m really looking forward to it and it’s going to be great fun, but the reason we’re doing it is to raise money for Cancer Research and the amazing work they do to beat cancer. Please sponsor me to help more people like my friend Oliver. Thank you Rebecca
