My Story

I am taking part in a 10k Shine Night Walk in the fight against all different kinds of cancer. Your support is very much appreciated. Doesn't matter how small, every little bit helps in fighting this nasty cruel disease and also doing it in memory of Joan Fielon (Hubby's Nan) I am also taking part for my own personal goals of loosing weight and helping my fitness levels. I haven't found it as easy to loose weight lately. I really want to kick start my journey again to get closer to my target. I feel this walk will give me something to focus on and in return I am doing something good at the same time. Each year Cancer Research UK’s scientists get closer to beating cancer, and they’ve helped double survival rates in the last 40 years. But we can’t stop there. Only with our continued support can they turn this research into breakthroughs that save millions of lives.
