My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I know everyone is affected by the current cost of living crisis. But when I saw this challenge I had to sign up. My mum had surgery for bowel cancer in 2019 and she is still with us thankfully. My best friends mum passed away from cancer. Another friend had bowel cancer surgery and is still here too and Alan's cousins daughter unfortunately passed away before Christmas at the age of 30. There are so many people affected by this disease and due to research many more people are surviving. Im going to be completing 100 skips every day in March to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. I haven't skipped in over 40 years. Last time was when I was in the girls brigade. Mum called me footless fanny as a child and hubby is concerned to say the least. Wish me well. Any donation no matter how small will help.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
