My Dad, Brother, family and friends
So we're 2 days away from starting our 10,000 steps a day In March to help raise money for Cancer Research. The charity is very close to my heart as I've lost friends and family to Cancer but also have had close family my Dad (Steely) and Brother (Jay Layden) who have beaten Cancer and would like to give something back. I'm also wanting to give myself a challenge during these tough times and get fit while doing it and who better to do it with than your bestie to keep you going along the way. Let's just hope the nice weather keeps up. Il be posting my steps everyday to keep you's updated so sorry for the spam in advance.
