Chris's Cycle 300 Fundraising Page
This September, before the end of the month, I will cycle 300 miles on my bike, hoping to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Those who know me, will know that I’m not exactly the fittest person, so this WILL be a challenge, but one which I’m passionate about! I’ll be pedalling harder than ever because I want to raise money for life-saving research and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. I’ll be posting regular updates to my Facebook account every time I ride, using my Strava app. This way I can prove i’ve done the miles required to meet my target. We’ve all lost loved ones, in the past to cancer, and we all probably know friends or family who are currently battling it. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
