2020 Saucony Cambridge Half Marathon
I’m running the Cambridge Half Marathon as a 60th birthday challenge and in memory of my friend and tennis team mate Pat Edgington.
Pat and I played tennis at the Wychwoods Tennis Club most Saturday mornings for fifteen years, whatever the weather. We also played competitively together in the Thames Valley tennis leagues, as well as on tour with the boys in Belgium, Scotland and France! Very sadly, Pat died of cancer in August 2019 and we all miss him. I am running to fundraise for Cancer Research UK. Your donation will keep me focused over the 13.1 miles on Sunday and help to remember a very special friend. Thank you! Chris
