My Story
Thanks for visiting our fundraising page. This March we’re walking 10,000 steps a day throughout the month to help beat cancer. Help us Walk All Over Cancer and fund life-saving research by making a donation to my page. Cancer isn't always fair or nice or kind. It can stike anyone anytime. Thanks to this charity cures are being researched, used and developed and hopefully this will help going towards new cures and care. Cancer doesn't always fight fair. But thanks to Cancer research and many other charities, we can fight back! We can fight. We can have longer with the ones we love and sometimes, cure them too. Some of our family and family friends have experienced cancer and we have had more time with them and see some daily thanks to efforts and organisations like this. This is for them and Grandpa Phil. And as my little brother rightly said this to me today when I told him we were doing this, "just because the world has stopped due to covid19, doesn't mean that the rest of the diseases have taken a break". xxx

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
