My Story
For Mum. Last Christmas, my mum was met with the life changing news of ovarian cancer. Having undergone numerous treatments, unfortunately the cancer has spread to other parts of her body. However, thanks to her strong spirit and our supporting family/ friends she remains in relatively good spirits. Inspired by her courage and determination, I have decided to enter the “Race for Life”. I hope to encourage all to undergo their routine examinations and for everyone to take symptoms seriously. Please give what you can.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
