The dreaded word everyone fears to hear......CANCER! With over a 100 different types, every single one is completely different! Over recent years as a family we have been affected by several different types of cancer so when I was asked by my colleague if i'd like to take part and raise some money for cancer research, it was a yes without really thinking about it! As a team of 10 we've set a target and we're hoping with the support of all our friends and family we can smash this and help towards vital research against this vicious disease! Everyone knows more than one person who has been affected by Cancer, be it a family member, a close friend, a friend of a friend, or a colleague it's all just too common. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
