We are taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner.
My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why my sister in law Becky and myself are taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. Cheryl works for Doves Funeral Directors in Sevenoaks and understands after meeting and supporting people who's lives are devastated by cancer, how important it is to help raise money to support such amazing work. Becky and myself have also experienced the overwhelming diagnoses of cancer through friends and family of our own and realise what a great cause this is. The Race will be held on Saturday 7th July 2018 at Maidstone's Mote Park, Mote Avenue, Maidstone, ME15 7SU with the race starting at 11:00am. Please feel free to come along and help support us on the day. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please help sponsor us so we can help make this happen.
