I'm taking on a Race for Life Pretty Muddy, alongside my best friend, to raise money to beat cancer. In honour and in memory of my own loved ones.

My Story

Firstly, I will be taking part in honour of my incredible mum. She is an amazing woman, one I am proud to call not only a mum, but a friend. I am so lucky and grateful to have her by my side, I will never stop being thankful for the research that allowed it to be so. Also, I will be doing this in memory of my grandad. He was, and forever will be, one of the most significant people in my upbringing. I'll never stop working to make him proud, and this is a part of that. Grandad, you were always my biggest fan, and now it's my turn to be yours. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy, alongside my best friend, to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
