I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

In memory of

My Dad, John Sinclair Fairhurst

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
I lost my Dad to cancer(a brain tumour) when he was just 55, the age I was last year.
My life and my world fell apart , I loved my Dad so much and still think about him and miss him so much every day.
I wish the treatment had been there to cure him, but at that time there was nothing anyone could do to help him.
One day I hope that no one has to suffer this evil, uncarung, indiscriminate disease.
