THE UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD'S CHEMISTRY DEPARTMENT IS RAISING MONEY FOR STAND UP TO CANCER

The University of Oxford's Chemistry Department will be competing in a Bake Off Challenge to raise money for Stand Up To Cancer.

Chemistry themed Showstopper bakes will battle it out in weekly rounds until the Chemistry Star Baker is crowned.

Our first round will take place on Tuesday 13th April on our Twitter page @ChemBakeOx where you can vote for your favourite. The winners of each group will be announced on Wednesday 14th April and will progress to the next round.

The chemistry creations will also be showcased on our Instagram page chembakeox.

Cause

Stand Up to Cancer: LIFE-SAVING RESEARCH

100% of the money you raise goes towards speeding up life-saving research. Every day, scientists and researchers work tirelessly to beat cancer. But lab researchers will not get us there alone. Every penny raised helps speed up breakthroughs in the lab, transforming them into new tests and treatments for patients who need them. The research you fund will help us see 3 in 4 people in the UK survive their cancer by 2034.
