I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner.
In memory of
My mum Frances
30th Jun 1953 - 23rd May 2004
I am doing the race for life with Shea and other family members in memory of my Mum Frances who fought breast cancer in such an unbelievabley strong and positive way for 7 years. She sadly lost her battle on Sunday 23rd May 2004. I was 15 when I lost her and it was such a devastating time for all of our family and she is still missed dearly everyday. Since then I have always wished to give something back to the charity especially Macmillan nurses who helped care for my mum throughout her treatment and after her treatment stopped, leading up to the last days of her life. For them and the nurses etc at the Linda Mccartney Centre in the Royal Liverpool Hospital I am truly thankful for giving me fond memories of my mums care when I would have to go to appointments with her.. For Shea this will be a race for life for his nanny who he never got the chance to meet, but will always be a big part of his life ❤️❤️❤️❤️
