My Story

Hello, I am joining the 10,000 steps every day this March for Cancer Research UK, in Memory of my Grandfather, Chris Penfold. He died November 29th 2003 with Lung Cancer. I wanted to do something to honour his Memory and do something that will also help with my Fitness & Healthy Lifestyle that I have now. I practically do 10,000 steps everyday near enough so it is definitely something I know I’ll do and stick too. Especially knowing it’s for a fantastic cause! ❤️ Please help me to aim high this March!
