My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m raising money for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Donate to my page today and help bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Only two years ago, I have had a break down, due to cost of living, I had to close my beloved restaurant. Together with my family, we went through hell, but I have realise, health is most important in life, no money can buy you new hear or lungs. I have stopped and my life is completely restarted! 💪 Transforming My Life, One Step at a Time 💪 If you told me a year ago that I’d be preparing for the London Marathon in April, I would’ve laughed. But here I am, training 5 days a week, meal prepping, counting calories, and feeling stronger every single day. At 45 years old, I decided to take control of my health and make some bold changes: 🚭 I quit smoking. 🍺 I gave up alcohol. 🥗 I started cooking my own meals. 🏋️ I committed to regular training. I am doing this for my family, for my kids, for my parents, I hope many of my friends and family will follow, change their life habits and we all can beat cancer together! Since September, I’ve lost 12kg, improved my breathing, lowered my heart rate, and completely transformed my energy levels. I wake up earlier, sleep 8 hours a night, and feel better than I have in years.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
