My Story
I'm walking a marathon — 26.2 miles — for pancreatic cancer, in memory of my dear friend Mick Northwood and in honour of everyone affected by this awful disease. Running a marathon has always been on my bucket list, but a knee replacement and two ACL/LCL tears have made that impossible. So I’m doing the next best thing: walking every single mile, on my own, with purpose. This walk is also for The Chat with Chaps Community - who’ve always backed me and will no doubt keep me going when the legs start to go! Every donation means the world (and more). Thank you so much for the support — it genuinely drives me forward.

CAUSE
Pancreatic cancer
Each year, around 10,800 people are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in the UK. That’s 30 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat pancreatic cancer.
