Charlotte's Walk All Over Cancer Fundraising Page
This March I’m walking 10,000 steps a day in the memory of my Grandad who passed away on December 20th 2019. He had a long battle with various forms of cancer, the first being prostate cancer and his last being throat cancer which spread to his lungs. But I am also walking for my family who have begun their grieving journey over the past year. I am incredibly proud of them for there strength through such a difficult time made even more difficult because of the pandemic. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
