The continued strength my husband shows while going through chemo and my beautiful children.
My Story
I am by no means a runner but have decided to do this run to help raise awareness and funding for cancer. Last year my husband was diagnosed with bowel cancer, he had an operation to remove the tumour and is currently having a tough ride with chemo. He has his down days like we all do and feels like he is letting us down and hates what we are going through but I could not be more proud of him, he is strong and determined, which has encouraged me to do this run and blog my journey to help raise awareness of cancer. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
